Edición de textos y análisis textual

Its research activities in the basic field are linguistic study and analysis of documents from the Canary Islands from the sixteenth century; the study of Spanish authors from the eighteenth to twentieth centuries, with special attention to the study of Benito Perez Galdos; the Hispanic theater and its scenic performances and literature from a comparative perspective. In applied research and transfer, its activities are the application of methods of linguistic and literary analysis for students and researchers; and editions of texts with the analysis of variants of the author and previous texts, as an application of the analysis of critical edition. The results of these investigations are intended to influence the field of education, training and research, according to the general and specific objectives of the IATEXT.
